Our Third Annual Chaffee County Green Homes Tour was held on September 11in Salida and September12 in Buena Vista. Our guests took advantage of a great experience to learn more about sustainable homes and to check out some latest technology. Homeowners, volunteers and representatives from solar installers Peak Solar Designs, Renewable Energy Outfitters and Colorado Solar Energy were on hand to explain smart “green’’ home features.
